Becoming a Hubwayz supplier means listing your hotel, tour, transfer, or event inventory once, through one partnership, and getting distributed to a live network of travel agencies, wholesalers, and DMCs.
Becoming a Hubwayz supplier means listing your hotel, tour, transfer, or event inventory once, through one partnership, and getting distributed to a live network of travel agencies, wholesalers, and DMCs.
Most suppliers reach travelers only two ways: a direct booking site, or a handful of consumer OTAs competing for individual clicks. Neither route reaches the professional buyers who book travel at volume: agencies filling multi-night stays, wholesalers repackaging inventory for their own client base, DMCs building itineraries for inbound groups. Hubwayz exists to close that gap. Suppliers apply once, connect through whichever method fits their operation, and their inventory becomes visible across the whole buyer network at once.
Run a hotel, a tour company, a transfer fleet, or an events business, and the default playbook looks the same almost everywhere: build a website, list on two or three consumer platforms, and hope enough individual travelers find you first. It works, to a point. It also means competing purely on price and photography against thousands of other listings for one-off bookings.
Meanwhile, travel agencies, wholesalers, and DMCs are booking some of the highest-value business in the industry: multi-night stays, package trips, repeat corporate travel. Most of them never see a given supplier’s inventory at all. Not because the product isn’t good enough. Because nobody built the connection. The technical platforms that do serve the trade tend to speak to developers, not property owners or tour operators, which leaves a real gap between suppliers who want more bookings and buyers who want more inventory.
Supplying through Hubwayz means one partnership replaces separate deals with every buyer type. List once, and hotel rooms, tours, transfers, or event tickets become visible to every travel agency, wholesaler, and DMC running bookings through the platform. That beats chasing individual buyers one at a time.
The partnership also covers all four product types under one contract. A hotel can add transfers or activities later without a second onboarding process or a new sales conversation. Agencies and wholesalers on Hubwayz also use the platform’s Profit Growth Tools to price and sell with more confidence, which means more of a supplier’s inventory actually gets booked. Support matters too: Hubwayz clients rate the team 4.9 out of 5, and according to Hubwayz’s platform data, clients report 40% more bookings and a 40% profit increase on average.
Hubwayz isn’t limited to a fixed list. If it’s a travel product that can be resold to agencies, wholesalers, or DMCs, it can go through Hubwayz. That currently spans:
Hotels & Accommodation: independent hotels, boutique properties, hotel groups, hostels, and apartments.
Activities: tours, attractions, and DMC-packaged excursions.
Experiences: curated and exclusive experiences, from local specialists to once-off access that doesn’t fit a standard tour format.
Transfers: airport transfers, private transport, and ground transport fleets.
Events: sports events, concerts, and MICE inventory.
Theme Parks: tickets and packages for theme parks and major attractions.
The categories above reflect what’s live today, not a ceiling on what’s next. Most suppliers start with one category and expand later. A hotel that starts hotel-only, for example, can add its own shuttle transfers or a local tour partnership through the same account once it’s live, and no new contract is required. If your product doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories, apply anyway; the supply team will confirm whether it’s a fit during onboarding.

Becoming a Hubwayz supplier runs in three steps.
First, apply: fill out a short form covering your product, your volume, and your country of operation. It takes about ten minutes and you can find the form in our Provider Page.
Second, connect: the Hubwayz team sets up your integration using whichever method matches how your business already runs. That might mean a direct API for a technical team, a channel manager connection if you’re already on SiteMinder or Cloudbeds, or a straightforward extranet upload if neither applies.
Third, distribute: once connected, your inventory goes live to Hubwayz’s network of agencies, wholesalers, and DMCs.
The Hubwayz team works out commercial terms directly with you during onboarding, based on your product type and volume.
A wholesaler onboarding through Hubwayz recently added hundreds of thousands of properties to the Marketplace in a single connection. That inventory is now visible to every agency and DMC already running bookings through the platform, without a separate sales conversation for each one. The connection work happens once, and distribution keeps compounding from there.
How do I become a Hubwayz supplier?
Apply through the Hubwayz supplier form with your company details, product type, and volume. The Hubwayz supply team follows up to set up your connection (direct API, channel manager, or a simple upload), and your inventory goes live once that’s in place.
Is there a cost to become a Hubwayz supplier?
There’s no published flat fee. The Hubwayz team agrees commercial terms directly with you, based on your product type and volume. Apply or book a call, and the supply team will walk you through pricing for your specific case before you commit to anything.
Do I need technical resources to connect my inventory?
No. If you already run a channel manager, Hubwayz connects through that. If you have a development team, direct API integration is available. If neither applies, the Hubwayz team can set your inventory up through a direct upload or extranet instead.
What’s the difference between listing on an OTA and supplying through Hubwayz?
A consumer OTA puts your product in front of individual travelers, one booking at a time, usually for a straight commission. Hubwayz puts it in front of travel agencies, wholesalers, and DMCs: businesses that sell travel to their own client base at volume.
Can I supply more than one product type?
Yes. Hotels, activities, transfers, and events all run through the same partnership. Most suppliers start with one product type and add the others later, without a new contract or a second onboarding process.
