Do I need to start with PREMIUM if I'm a small travel agency?
No. Start with STANDARD. Your first month costs €2,300 (setup + minimum). STANDARD connects you to 3 hotel providers, handles all bookings, payments, and reporting. Most small agencies scale to PLUS within 6–12 months once they add activities, transfers, or sub-agencies. Tier changes are instant with no penalties.
Can I switch tiers mid-month, or am I locked in?
You can switch anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. We prorate fairly. No penalties. No lock-in contracts. You own your business: upgrade or downgrade based on your actual needs.
Do I get support and training, or is that extra?
Training and ongoing support are included in all tiers. STANDARD and PLUS offer hourly support (€100/hr and €80/hr respectively). PREMIUM includes unlimited support at no extra charge. All tiers include setup, onboarding, and access to our support portal and documentation. Most customers go live within 2–4 weeks.
How do the transaction fees work? Will they be my biggest cost?
Transaction fees are per-booking charges: 1% on STANDARD/PLUS, 0.9% on PREMIUM. Processing €50,000 in bookings per month costs €500 (1%) or €450 (0.9%). Your monthly minimum typically covers this. Transaction fees only apply when bookings exceed your minimum, then you pay the percentage on the total. Transparent. No hidden math.
What does 'connected providers' mean, and why does it matter?
Connected providers are hotel suppliers, bed banks, wholesalers, and activity operators in the Hubwayz Marketplace. STANDARD gives you 3; PLUS gives you 10; PREMIUM gives you unlimited. More providers mean more inventory, more competitive pricing, and more bookings. Most agencies find 3–10 sufficient. PREMIUM is for distributors who need truly unlimited partner integrations.
