3. Answering your technical questions
Authentication, rate limits, certification timelines: whatever’s slowing your evaluation down, we’ll get into it.
No. Start with STANDARD. It connects you to hotel providers through the API and covers search, book, and reporting end to end. Most small teams move up to PLUS within 6–12 months once they add activities, transfers, or more supplier connections.
You can switch anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. We prorate fairly. No penalties. No lock-in contracts. You own your integration: upgrade or downgrade based on your actual call volume.
Onboarding and certification support are included in every tier. STANDARD and PLUS get hourly technical support (Check the cost table for updated values); PREMIUM includes unlimited support at no extra charge. Every tier includes documentation access and help getting through certification. Most integrators go live within [2–4 weeks].
Transaction fees are per-booking charges: Check the cost table for updated values. At normal volume, your monthly minimum typically covers this. Fees only apply once bookings exceed that minimum, and then only on the amount above it. No hidden math.
Connected providers are the hotel suppliers, bed banks, wholesalers, and activity operators in the Hubwayz Marketplace that your API calls can reach. STANDARD gives you [3]; PLUS gives you [10]; PREMIUM is unlimited. More providers means more inventory and sharper rates, with nothing to change on your side of the integration.
Before you go live, your integration goes through certification: a check that your search, book, and cancel calls behave the way the API expects. Change any method afterward, and you’ll need to re-certify before that change ships. Most integrators clear certification within their first few weeks, working directly with an API Specialist.
