Hotel and Room Mapping

for the stack you built

Hotel-level and room-level mapping, running server-side behind whatever platform you already use. No extra enterprise contract, fess or rebuild.

You have three or four different suppliers, receiving the same room, having to sort it out manually, or pay a third party service while you are losing time and money, it’s time to improve your operation. Hubwayz has run hotel and room mapping natively inside its own platform for years, under live booking traffic.

This engine is now available for you on its own, priced for growing travel companies. Available for free inside the Hubwayz platform, or for a fraction of the price you would pay for a standalone mapping tool, in the stack you already run.

Why does mapping only become a problem at supplier two?

Because with one supplier there is nothing to map. Adding the second supplier changes the entire process.

A single hotel arrives as a separate listing from each feed, each carrying its own rates and cancellation policies.

Your agents start cross-checking listings by hand before they trust what they are quoting, or they book the wrong room, and you absorb the difference. Integration was the easy part. Mapping is where it breaks.

What does Hubwayz Hotel & Room Mapping actually do?

Three layers, running server-side, delivered through one API. You send supplier data.
You get back one clean record per property and one consistent set of room options underneath it.

01

Automatic hotel mapping

We match every supplier feed against a master hotel record, so duplicate listings collapse into one entry per property.

Your search results stop showing the same building three times.

02

Automatic room mapping

We match room types the same way across feeds. Your agents compare one consistent set of options with the real price differences visible.

Instead of five variations of the same room under five names.

03

Manual review for the edge cases

Automation handles the clear matches. When confidence drops, a person on our team reviews the match before it reaches your search results.

Fully automated mapping has no answer for the ambiguous cases. Ours does.

04

Static content consolidated too

We pull images, descriptions, facilities, and destination data from every feed into one master index per property. Instead of the same hotel carrying three photo sets and four description formats, your clients see one complete record.

Included, not an add-on module.

How does the hotel and room mapping API fit into an existing stack?

It sits behind your integrations, not in front of them. You keep your supplier contracts, your front end, and your booking flow exactly as they are.

1

Connect your feeds

Send us the supplier feeds you already have. Up to 5 included.

2

We map server-side

Deduplication, normalization, and static content consolidation run on our infrastructure. Nothing to build, nothing to host.

3

You call one endpoint

Retrieve clean, matched inventory through the API. Documentation at docs.hubwayz.com.

4

We maintain it

Supplier feeds change hotel codes, add room categories, and revise naming conventions on their own schedule. That maintenance stays on our side. Hubwayz clients rate our support 4.9 out of 5.

5

You save money

Your travel business stop struggling because of deduplication and you start saving money since the day one.

6

Improve experience

All benefits of our Hotel and Room Mapping are available in our All-in-one platform and API

Frequently asked questions

Hotel and room mapping is the process of matching the same property and the same room type across different supplier feeds, so duplicates collapse into one clean listing. Hotel-level mapping handles the property. Room-level mapping handles the room types underneath it. Without both, an agent comparing rates cannot tell which offers are actually for the same room.

No. The standalone engine runs behind whatever platform you already use — it’s an API and file delivery layer, not a migration. You keep your current front end, your supplier contracts, and your booking flow exactly as they are. If you later want the Full Platform around the mapping, that’s a separate, optional step, never a requirement to use it.

The standalone engine is €299 a month with a €500 one-time setup fee, covering up to 5 supplier feeds, hotel-level and room-level mapping, manual review, and static content consolidation. If you want mapping alongside a full booking platform — Hotel Search, Payment Solution, and Profit Growth Tools — it’s included at no charge with the Full Platform, which starts from €2,000 one-time and €300 a month.

Every vendor in this category quotes an accuracy percentage measured against its own test set, which no buyer can verify independently. Hubwayz doesn’t quote one either. The mapping has run in production under live booking traffic for years, backed by a manual review layer for the edge cases automated matching gets wrong — because a bad match here means a traveller at the wrong hotel, not a bad row in a spreadsheet.

Supplier feeds change hotel codes, room categories, and naming conventions on their own schedule, and that maintenance runs on Hubwayz’s side, not yours. When a feed changes, the mapping is re-run and corrected without any action from your team. Hubwayz clients rate this ongoing support 4.9 out of 5.
